• Products (Physical & Digital): Clients must be at least 16 years of age to purchase.

• Services (Coaching, Workshops, Memberships, Seminars): Clients must be 18 years or older.

We reserve the right to deny or refund access if we discover that a client has falsely claimed to meet the age requirement. All content is designed with maturity and responsibility in mind. Inappropriate or unauthorized purchases will be refunded, and access revoked.

Article 2 Order:

Placing an order with The Savor Mama, LLC signifies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms. Orders may be placed via our online store or designated sales platforms.

Article 3 Price:

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may be subject to applicable sales tax in accordance with Arizona law, Florida state requirements (for shipping), and federal regulations. Shipping and handling costs are calculated separately. Prices may change at any time without notice; however, the price charged will be the one in effect at the time the order was placed.

Article 4 Payment:

Payment is due at the time of order placement, including pre-orders. We accept secure payments via credit/debit card(Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Stripe, and other approved processors. All payments are encrypted and processed through secure platforms. The Savor Mama, LLC is not responsible for external payment processor security beyond our control.

Article 5 Delivery:

Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure accuracy, especially ZIP codes and unit numbers. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon dispatch.If an item is damaged upon arrival, you may request a refund or replacement by contacting us within 30 days of delivery with proof of damage. Lost packages will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

Article 6 Cancellation and Refunds:

• Cancellation: Orders may be canceled within 12 days of purchase, provided the item has not yet shipped.

• Refunds: Only available if the item arrives damaged. Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, with supporting images and information.

Article 9 Applicable Law and Disputes:

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and the United States of America, with acknowledgment of Florida shipping and mailing operations. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter through informal negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Arizona, USA.
